Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed once cleared funds have been received. Processing takes up to 3 working days but during busy periods this can be extended to 5 working days. If you require your item quickly then please contact us via our contact form, before placing your order. Items are then sent via Royal Mail second class or courier for larger items. Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days after dispatch of your item/s but is not guaranteed.
Express delivery option is available and is sent via courier 24hrs delivery. Please remember our processing times still vary and if you require a quick delivery, please contact us first to check you will get your item in your required time.
Spend £50 or more to get free shipping
Less than £50 and shipping fee is £4.95
Please note due covid and the current inflated shipping costs European delivery is not available. Changes will be updated as soon as it is possible

Return & Exchange Policy
If you change your mind
All our customers have a statutory right to return their items, if they are not happy at all, when they arrive. You have 14 days from date of receiving your item, to return your item in original condition and packaging. A full refund of your item and delivery charge (basic rate) will be given, however we will not refund the return postage for the item. Please remember that this option does not apply to perishable goods or unwrapped toys due to health and safety

Faulty or Damaged goods
If for any reason the item you have received is damaged or faulty in any way then please use the contact form to speak to us and give us full details of the damage. We will then get in touch to sort out return of your item/s for a refund or exchange. Please be aware if you opted for express delivery we will only refund basic rate delivery for your area.

You will be contacted about returning your item with a reference number for the return
After receiving your item back we will endeavour to refund your costs as soon as possible but our aim is within 14 days of the item being received back with us
If you have asked for a replacement item, then we will update you with details once your replacement item has been dispatched
