The unit easily clips together and comes with an attachable velcro running surface unlike a lot of wheels.  Enabling you to remove easily and clean or replace
Included is a clip allowing you to lock the wheel to prevent usage when not convenient or supervised.  Solid base with no openings for paws to get into
Not too large allowing use in smaller homes
We always advise supervision with any toy but especially this exercise wheel to prevent injury
Recommendations for size 
A wheel should be between 1.5 and 2.5 x the length of your cat
The body length of your cat from base of tail to nose
